About

A wall can hold what a Tuesday cannot.

Calm Chaos HQ is Carter’s resource hub for ADHD-friendly household layouts — visual systems you can point at, reprint, and reset.

Who this is for

Caregivers roughly 25–45 who are building a household with kids, shared calendars, and a mental load that does not fit in one head. You might be organizing for a child, a partner, yourself, or all three. You do not need a diagnosis to use a large checkbox. You also do not need this site to confirm one.

The voice here is practical: where the hook goes, how high the chart hangs, what belongs on the fridge versus what belongs in a closed bin. If you want clinical care, that is a different door — and the right one for medical questions.

Mission

Make household systems easier to see. That means command centers instead of scavenger hunts, short visual routines instead of spoken essays at 7:10 a.m., and weekly dashboards that let more than one adult know what is for dinner and who needs a form signed.

Start with the family command-center guide or grab a sample printable. Product mentions follow how we choose products.

Explicit non-medical stance

Language we use on purpose: ADHD-friendly layout, organizational printable, visual routine, household system. Language we do not use: treats ADHD, clinically improves executive function, replaces therapy, cures, diagnoses, or “evidence-based treatment” for any condition.

We do not invent studies, testimonials, or traffic numbers. If a page recommends a product category, it is a layout suggestion with an affiliate disclosure, not an endorsement of a medical device.

Who owns this

Carter owns Calm Chaos HQ. The project is a small, independent site. Guides are signed by the Calm Chaos HQ editorial team. Theaffiliate disclosure, how we choose products, andprivacy notes live on their own pages so they stay easy to find. Questions go to the contact page.
